4. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own and control all copyrights and other intellectual property rights over the website and the data, information and other resources displayed or accessible on the website. Unless specific content dictates otherwise, no licence or other right is granted to you under copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights. This means you will not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed into any electronic medium, alter, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetise or otherwise exploit any resources from this website in any way without our prior written permission, except to the extent otherwise stipulated in mandatory law provisions.
5. Third-party property

Products or services offered by other websites are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those third parties. Opinions expressed or material appearing on those websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. You assume all risks related to the use of these websites and any third-party services.
6. Responsible use
By visiting our website, you agree to use it only for purposes intended and permitted by these terms and conditions, any additional contracts entered into with us, and applicable laws and regulations. 8. Idea submission
Do not submit any ideas, inventions, written works or other information that may be considered your own intellectual property, unless we have first signed an agreement regarding intellectual property or a non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose it to us in the absence of such a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
9. Termination of use
We may, at our sole discretion, at any time modify or discontinue access, temporarily or permanently, to the website or any service on it. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of your access to or use of the website.
10. Warranties and liability
This website and all its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available' and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. 16. Waiver
Failure to enforce any of the provisions set out in these terms and conditions must not be construed as a waiver of those provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions or any right to subsequently enforce each of the provisions.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Data controller
Data controller: Lydia Autran, Sole Trader (Entrepreneur Individuel) — 131 avenue des Termes, 06530 Peymeinade, France — contact@lyw-hr.fr
Personal data collection
We collect your personal data only as part of your contact or support request: first name, last name, email, phone, company, type of need.
Data usage
Your data is used exclusively to contact you regarding your HR support request. It is never transmitted to third parties without your explicit consent. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) — processing your contact request.
Data retention
Your data is retained for 24 months from the last contact, in accordance with legal obligations in force.
Data recipients
Your data is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), a technical data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. Beyond this hosting arrangement, your data is not transmitted to any third party.
User rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
• Right of access (art. 15): obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification (art. 16): correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (art. 17): request the deletion of your data
• Right to data portability (art. 20): receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object (art. 21): object to the processing of your data
• Right to restriction of processing (art. 18): temporarily restrict processing
To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@lyw-hr.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Analytics
This site measures its traffic with Matomo, a free software tool installed in France, on a server rented from OVH SAS and operated by Giroucode, the technical provider of the site. This measurement is used solely to understand how the site is visited in order to improve it: pages viewed, entry and exit pages, the site you came from (its domain only), links followed to other sites, device and browser type, time of visit and approximate city of origin. Only totals are viewed, never an individual visit.
Cookies and data collected
No cookie is placed on your browser to measure traffic, unless you opt out of the measurement: a cookie then remembers your choice. Your IP address is used to estimate your city, never a more precise location, and is then truncated before anything is recorded, which makes it impossible to identify you. No data is cross-referenced with another site or transmitted to any third party, and nothing is used for advertising. Visit data is deleted after 6 months, and the overall statistics drawn from it after 25 months at most.
GDPR compliance and right to object
This measurement is configured in accordance with CNIL deliberation no. 2020-091, which exempts it from requiring your consent: this is why this site displays no cookie banner. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) — understanding how the site is visited in order to improve it. You can opt out of the measurement at any time with the box below; your choice is remembered on this device and browser. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal, if you enable it, also excludes your visits.
Your visit is measured. Uncheck the box to opt out.
