WHAT IS A SKILLS ASSESSMENT?

SKILLS ASSESSMENT

A skills assessment is a structured process that enables you to take stock of your skills, abilities and motivations in order to define or clarify your career goals.

It is aimed at anyone wishing to analyze their professional and personal skills, as well as their abilities and motivations, to define a career development plan or a training project.

Our approach combines the use of recognized psychometric tools (MBTI®, Strong®, TKI®) with personalized exploration interviews to provide tailored support.
