WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL MEDIATION?

PROFESSIONAL MEDIATION

Professional mediation is a structured and confidential process that helps resolve conflicts within the workplace with the assistance of a neutral and impartial third party.

It provides a safe space for dialogue where each party can express their point of view, understand the other's perspective and build lasting solutions together.

Our approach combines active listening, psychometric tools (TKI® for conflict styles) and a proven methodology to transform tensions into organizational growth opportunities.
